Every registered user receives a unique referral code as an optional benefit. When someone new joins using your code, you earn a one-time direct commission — credited to your in-app wallet to use toward courses or withdraw. Participation is entirely optional; all content is fully accessible through direct payment.
Our in-app shop offers a curated collection of physical and digital learning and teaching materials. Pay using your in-app wallet balance or any external payment method.
A portion of each season's activity is pooled into a Family Award Fund — distributed at the end of each season to the best-performing students in each referral family group. Awards are based on merit criteria such as course completion, quiz scores, and overall academic progress. No recruitment required — just learn and excel.

At EarNnLearN, we reward academic excellence — not just referrals. Each referral family group has its own Award Fund, built up during the season and distributed to the best students at season's end.
Academic Merit Scores are computed transparently: 50% from video lessons watched and 50% from quiz pass rates & scores.
Each seller/sponsor and their direct buyers form a "family." 15% of downstream code sales is pooled into that family's exclusive reward fund.
At season end, funds are awarded automatically: pools ≥ 10 GHS split 60% (1st) / 30% (2nd) / 10% (3rd); smaller pools award 100% to 1st place.
EarNnLearN operates on an annual season cycle (subject to change). At the end of each season, user accounts are retained but access to purchased learning materials is temporarily suspended. Users re-register for the new season to receive a fresh product code and regain full access — keeping the community active and engaged every season.
EarNnLearN operates under strict consumer protection, data privacy (GDPR & NDPR), and PCI-DSS payment compliance standards. All transactions are processed securely through Paystack.
