Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for an account, purchasing content, or using any service provided by EarNnLearN Inc. ("EarNnLearN", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Learner") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the platform. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if younger.

2. Description of Services

EarNnLearN is an online educational platform that provides:

• Free & Premium Educational Content: A library of free and paid courses across various subjects and skill areas.
• Pay-Per-Content (PPC) Model: A flexible option allowing learners to pay individually for each piece of content they consume, rather than purchasing an entire course upfront.
• Referral-Based Earnings Program: Every registered user receives a unique referral code. When a new user registers using that code, the referrer earns a commission credited to their in-app wallet.
• In-App Shop: A shop where physical and digital learning and teaching materials are available for purchase using in-app earnings or external payment methods.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Each user is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments on EarNnLearN are processed securely via Paystack (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant), supporting Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Mobile Money, and Bank Transfers.
• By making a payment, you authorize EarNnLearN to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.
• Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency (e.g., NGN, GHS) or USD equivalent. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• EarNnLearN does not store your card details. All payment data is handled by Paystack in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Upon verified payment, digital content access or product codes are credited to your account instantly.
• Paystack Acceptable Use Policy: You agree not to use EarNnLearN's payment services for prohibited activities per Paystack's Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to: gambling, adult content, cryptocurrency trading, illegal goods/services, weapons, regulated substances, money laundering, fraud, or any activity prohibited by Paystack's Acceptable Use Policy (https://paystack.com/acceptable-use). Violations may result in transaction reversal, account suspension, and legal action.

5. Referral Bonus Program

Participation in the referral program is entirely optional. All platform content is fully accessible through direct payment without referring anyone.

• Upon registration, users receive a unique referral/product code.
• When a new user successfully registers using your code, you earn a one-time, direct commission — credited to your in-app wallet. There are no multi-tier or downstream commission chains.
• Earned commissions may be used to purchase content on the platform or withdrawn to a verified external bank account or mobile wallet.
• EarNnLearN reserves the right to modify commission rates, withdrawal limits, and program terms at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the referral system — including fake registrations, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending earnings.

7. Season Cycle & Re-Registration

EarNnLearN operates on an annual season cycle (subject to change):

• At the end of each season, user accounts are retained.
• Access to previously purchased learning materials is temporarily suspended at season end.
• Users must re-register for the new season to obtain a fresh product code and regain full platform access.
• Season re-registration fees are non-refundable once a new product code has been issued.
• The season reset ensures continuous community engagement and gives all learners a fresh opportunity to qualify for the Family Award Fund each season.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because digital content and access codes are delivered instantly upon payment:

• Upfront Course Purchases: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the user has accessed less than 20% of the course content. No refund is issued once 20% or more has been accessed.
• Pay-Per-Content (PPC): PPC purchases are non-refundable once content has been accessed. If a technical error prevents content delivery after payment, the user will receive a full credit to their in-app wallet.
• Shop — Digital Materials: Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
• Shop — Physical Materials: Refund or replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Duplicate / Erroneous Payments: Full refunds will be issued to the original payment channel within 5–7 business days upon verification.
• Family Award Fund:Award Fund distributions are non-refundable once credited. EarNnLearN's determination of award recipients is final.

9. User Types

• Earn-and-Learn Users: May optionally use their referral bonus earnings to pay for educational content. Course access does not depend on referral activity — direct payment is always available.
• Learn-Only Users: Pay for content directly using an external wallet or payment method, without participating in the referral program.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Share login credentials or account access with others.
• Upload, share, or distribute harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Use the platform for money laundering or any fraudulent activity.
• Create fake accounts to manipulate the referral/earnings system.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute course content without written permission.
• Misrepresent academic progress to fraudulently qualify for the Family Award Fund.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on EarNnLearN — including courses, videos, graphics, and materials — is the intellectual property of EarNnLearN Inc. or its content creators. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell platform content without explicit written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

EarNnLearN is not liable for: loss of earnings due to technical issues beyond our control; interruptions caused by maintenance or third-party outages; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Users may also delete their accounts by contacting our support team. Upon termination, access to content and pending earnings may be forfeited where applicable.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria. Users in other jurisdictions agree to comply with their applicable local laws.
